Aromtech Ltd (business ID FI08400973) sells products to adult individuals and companies in Finland and European Union. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

You can order products from our online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the products using the payment method of your choice at the online store checkout.

We treat all customer information you provide us as confidential. We will not use your contact information requested in connection with your order for purposes other than the delivery of your order, communication about your order, or the resolution of any ambiguities that may arise in your order.

However, your contact information may be used for communications and marketing if you have given your consent to it when ordering.

When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and commit to our current delivery terms.

Paytrail Oyj (FI21228397) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In the event of a complaint, please contact the product supplier in the first instance.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order and payment, an order & payment confirmation will be sent to your e-mail with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Ordered products
  • The total amount of the order
  • Order contact information
  • Method of payment

To send confirmation messages, you must provide an email address when ordering. If you have created a user account in connection with your order, you can also check the content of your order from there.

Delivery time

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation to your email. The delivery confirmation message contains the shipment tracking code and your order information.

All orders received before 2 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped during the same day.

Deliveries to Finland:

Matkahuolto’s and Posti’s delivery time is typically 1 – 3 working days.

Deliveries to other parts of European Union:

The GLS package is usually delivered to the Nordic or Baltic countries in a standard delivery time of 1 – 3 working days. Delivery to the rest of the EU takes mainly 3 – 5 days.

We are not responsible for any delays or delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by the delays.

  • Delivery is free for orders over 50 euros.

We deliver orders as shipments, which you can track with the shipment ID you receive. If you have provided your telephone number and / or e-mail address, you will receive a notice of arrival from the transport company of your choice via SMS and / or e-mail.

If you do not pick up your order within the time specified by the transport company, your order will be returned to the sender, Aromtech Ltd. In this case, we will consider the transaction cancelled and refund you the payment. Please note that we do not refund the postage for your order.

Delivery methods and costs to rest of the Europe

  • GLS package 9.50 €
  • Delivery is free for orders over 96 euros

If you do not pick up your order within the time specified by the transport company, your order will be returned to the sender, Aromtech Ltd. In this case, we will consider the transaction cancelled and refund you the payment. Please note that we do not refund the postage for your order.

Exchange and return terms

You have the right under the EU rules to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right to return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging.

Packing the return shipment

The returned product must be packed well so that it does not break during return shipping. We will not refund the price of the product if

  • the product has been used or is damaged
  • the sales packaging of the product is damaged
  • the product is not in the original packaging
  • the packaging is missing parts of the product

Return shipment (product ordered to Finland)

Take the well-packaged product return to Matkahuolto’s or Posti’s office and send it to the address mentioned below using Posti’s or Matkahuolto’s contract code. Please note that the products can’t be returned to parcel lockers. Request a receipt for your return and keep the receipt until you receive an email from us confirming receipt of your return. We will only compensate for a shipment lost during the return if the customer can present a receipt of their return.

Return shipment (products ordered outside Finland)

Contact our customer service [email protected] and state in the message that you want to return the order. We will send you detailed return instructions.

Refund

We will refund your payment once we have received the returned products and determined that they are in good condition in accordance with our return policy.

Claims and problem situations

If the products you have ordered have not arrived within the expected time, please contact the transport company first. You will need the shipping tracking code you received with your delivery confirmation to resolve the issue.

If the package is damaged during transport, a notice of the transport must be given immediately to the customer service point that handed over the consignment.

If the product is defective or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error no later than 14 days after the arrival of the shipment to our customer service: [email protected]
